The Charles Square tile mural faces onto Old Street, east of Old Street tube station. It was designed in 1999 by Neil Irons with help from the residents of Charles Square. The mural shows scenes from the Square and events in history connected with its heritage. Neil's web site has a composite photo of the whole mural with more information.
