This sequence of pictures is of a mosaic in Barcelona's metro (I believe it's Liceu station, on Las Ramblas). One thing I really like about this mosaic is the contrast between the large and very small tiles. This man's shirt and jacket, for example, appear in great detail, although only a small number of quite large pieces have been used.
