Norwich guildhall

It's under there somewhere! This is the entrance to the Guildhall, next to Norwich's historic market place. The building dates back to the 15th century, but has been added to and changed at various times. One of these features is hiding its light, not so much under a bushel as under blue adhesive carpet tiles.

Norwich Guidhall mosaic floor

Rich colours and a background very similar to the School of Art and Design bee mosaic can be seen at the border of the mosaic. As for the rest of it...apparently there are the city arms somewhere under the carpet, but they haven't seen the light of day since the 1980s.
